Hit Calorie Burning Exercise

Hit Calorie Burning Exercise
Ever heard of HIIT? It stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, and is a form of cardio that involves high intensity bursts and low intensity recovery.

Many recent studies have shown that HIIT, although performed for a much shorter duration than traditional cardio, in fact burns more calories.

Not only does it burn more calories immediately after completion, it also boosts metabolism and fat burning possibilities over the following two to three days.

The only downside to HIIT, is that it is a much more intense workout than a regular 30 minute jog.

you might only be going for 10-15 minutes, but you will be worked to your absolute limit.

Whenever I do HIIT, I sprint for 30 seconds, slow down to a jog for 15 seconds, and then sprint for another 30 seconds, and repeat for 15-20 minutes.

By the end of it, I’m certainly destroyed. I feel like I’m going to throw up, and my legs hurt like hell.

But it’s one of the best feelings of our generation.

So if you are at a loss for exercise concepts, experiment with out HIIT.

It boosts metabolism, takes less time than regular cardio, and works you to your limit.

There are a bunch of HIIT training plans out there, and you can even make your own, but if you really want a beginners HIIT workout then I would certainly recommend Fat Loss Factor.
