1) Visualize

3) To Relax

If you have the opportunity to lie down to do this relaxation exercise. If this is not possible, sit quietly on a chair, feet flat on the floor. We will therefore relax the muscles and muscular tensions.
Close your eyes and relax your entire right leg from the hip to the toes. Relax, relax, relax.
Now relax your left leg completely; From the hip to the tips of the toes.
Completely relax your left arm from the shoulder to the fingertips.
Relax completely your right arm.
